MOLGENIS source code

You can check the latests version (currently 3.3) of the MOLGENIS code via the browser or check it out from our open repository at http://www.molgenis.org/svn.

If you want to keep track of what is happening in the svn, you can connect to the commit channel at  http://groups.google.com/group/molgenis-commits/

What do I need?

MOLGENIS consists of two main components. Current version is 3.3:

1. The software generator 'molgenis'. Check out from http://www.molgenis.org/svn/molgenis/3.3
2. The application template 'molgenis_distro'. Check out from http://www.molgenis.org/svn/molgenis_distro/3.3

Inside the molgenis_distro you will find in handwritten the 'MolgenisGenerate.java' program. See MolgenisGuide for usage.

What is in the other packages?

• archive — contains older versions
• molgenis — core project. Inside are Eclipse projects, each folder a version
• molgenis_distro — the application template. Inside are Eclipse projects, each folder a version
• molgenis_test — series of models and test suites to verify MOLGENIS functionality
• molgenis_online — development of the online version of MOLGENIS generator
• molgenis_processing — development of processing components as extension to molgenis
• molgenis_taverna_plugin — development of a taverna workbench plugin to access MOLGENIS more easily than just web services
